Question
My wife was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. My primary concern is for her mental health right now. She has done many things that are dangerous, irrational and unlike her character. How severe can the mental and psychological side effects of brain tumor get? What are some of the more intense things you have seen happen with patients?

Answer
That depends mostly of the location and size of the tumor. I have mostly been involved with radiation therapy and chemo therapy of these tumors. So for a better evaluation of these effects you should direct this question to an expert of neurology, which I'm not. I'm a medical oncologist & radiation therapist with experience of treating brain tumors.
