Question
I've very recently been diagnosed with a level 4 glioblastoma. Due to it's location, very close to the corpus collosum & brain stem, surgery is not an option. Currently being treated with radiation & Temodar, chemotherapy. Life expectancy is less than a year. What concerns me is what to expect toward the end... Already experiencing some short-term memory loss. What else can I expect down the road?

Answer
I'm sorry about your situation! You will become more and more confused. There may be stroke like symptoms and even epileptic fits. You will sleep more and more, eventually drift into a coma and then pass away. There will not be much - if any - pain. I'm sorry I have nothing better to tell you!
