Brain Tumors/MRI?

Question
Last Saturday, my 2.5yr old woke me up cause she had difficulty walking and was holding herself up against the the hallway wall.  She began to vomit and continued through out the day but had no fever.  By 9pm her vomiting stopped but she was still unable to walk without assistance (off balance). It was the next day when she crawled into my room and her arms gave out when I took her in.  Urgent care directed me to the Portland hospital of where they gave her a CT-scan which came out normal. No blood work was done.  They've now set up an MRI for Friday, however, today(Wednesday) she seems back to normal. It would be nice to have the worst case scenario eliminated; yet I feel like she is OK; I question the MRI(under sedation)? Could it have been a virus, or other tests that could help explain. Wouldn't her symptoms have become worse or have remained the same if it were (heaven forbid) a tumor or mass of some sort?
Thank you for your time,  Kristin

Answer
If she is better now it may well have been a virus but to be on the safe side I do recommend that her MRI IS DONE!
Better safe than sorry!
Good luck!
