Question
i recently had a ct scan and was told i had dense areas in my white matter, which means nothing to me. could you please tell me what this could mean as i am not seeing the neurologist for a couple of months and i am concerned and worried.
thanks Nick

Answer
It probably is not a sign of any tumour but of local inflammations. What that may be is something your neurologist will have to tell you since it is outside my area of exprtise here.

I have some computer problems so unfortunately my reply is delayed.
