Question
Hi, I have had a Brain Tumor since I was a very young girl and the doctors never did anything about it since its size never changed and got larger, it never caused problems with my brain except for extremely bad headaches and Migrains which eventually slowed down over the years. Now that I am a Teen, I dont drink but I may smoke Marijuana every once in a while. How harmful is this to the Brain Tumor??, and is it a high possibility that I could die from smoking?? Last Question, If I start experiencing the bad headaches again, does this mean the brain tumor has worsened?

Answer
Well nothing is known with regards to marijuana and brain tumors but what IS known is that marijuana is at least as cancerogenic as tobacco with regards to lung cancer etc.! So it is NOT a habit I can recommend! An increase in symptoms may signal tumor growth but it is not certain. But if it happens you SHOULD have it investigated soonest!

I have some computer problems so unfortunately my reply is delayed.
