Brain Tumors/black spots MRI

Question
2 neurologists told me that I did not have MS based on their officce tests. An MRI now shows 2 small black areas across from each other in the brain. Any idea what it might be? I'll be getting a spinal tap this week.

Answer
I do not know. It does not sound like a brain tumor anyway so this is outside my area of expertise. You should direct this question to a diagnostic neuroradiologist. I'm not that! I'm a medical oncologist & radiation therapist with experience of brain tumors.
