Question
I was summoned back home recently to face my mothers variety of different cancers. The doctors tell us that the cancer started in her lung most likely and metastasized to parts of the body, including the brain as well as the pancreas. I'm not sure if there is any information that will help me other than, based on the size of the tumor in her brain (1.8cm), how long has this been affecting her behavior as well as her ability to rationalize and problem solve properly.
Not necessarily at all. Depends on the location of her tumor in her brain. But this is something you should discuss with a neurologist not with me! I'm a medical oncologist & radiation therapist with experience of TREATING brain tumors and other tumors. NOT a neurologist or a neurosurgeon.
