Question I Am 23 years old, I am in good shape and I have no past history of illnesses or diseases: However, about a month ago, I noticed I would forget little things- like the name of an acquaintance, or details of a conversation and what I came in the room for. None of these caused severe confusion, but it is irritating and worrisome. I have never had these kinds of problems before, but I've really noticed it lately, which may be making the problem seem worse! My balance is fine, no slurred speech, however, the vision in my right eye decreased a small amount. Does this sound like a brain Tumor to you? Thank you for your time, you've no idea how much I appreciate it.
Answer Sorry, there was a technical problem when I first tried to answer this! So I think you received a "you are welcome" message by mistake! Answer: Not necessarily. Your symptoms are at present too vague to indicate their cause with any certainty. However you are obviously worried and without any examination we can not come any further. I therefore do suggest that you let a dr. - preferably a neurologist - check you. An MRI brain scan can with a high degree of certainty confirm or exclude the presence of any brain tumor. Good luck!
