ANSWER: In order to be able to answer I need to know the following. Precisely what KIND of tumor does she have? Exactly WHERE in her brain is it located? How BIG is it? If you can tell me that I'll do my very best to answer you as soon as possible!

QUESTION: i think the report said that it is not cancer and it is a benign tumor with size of 3.2cm x 1.4 cm x 2.92 cm... and it lies on the optic chiasm...i hope this is helpful..and i hope you can help me..thank you
Answer Ok. But if you can obtain her MRI report and copy it here it would be even better. That is a VERY tricky location! However she should consult people who are working with radiological treatment using the GammaKnife equipment. I have no idea where the closest machine to Egypt is but it is available in London. Maybe in Israel. It will be a tricky location also if this machine is used but she should at least ask and the tumour is not too large for it (upper limit in benign lesions is 4 cm). However the location so close to the optic nerves IS tricky! Good luck!
