QUESTION: recently i am having a strong headache on my left side of my brain and i can feel the pressure mentioning that i feel tired and this headache didnt go since 1 week with pain in the left arm since 3 years but without headache in the beginning and shoulder pain.this happen to me once in 2006 but i thought it is heart problem since my left hand is hurting me but nothing.i am having this headache since the last week 24 hours and i wake up in the morning having this huge headache from one side.i donno what's that i am really worried i even today experience the headache on the right side for couple hours than turn back to the left side.please help

ANSWER: I think your problem is located in your neck-shoulder region not in your brain. Let an orthopedic surgeon check you!

QUESTION: thanks for your reply if you think it is in my neck shoulder does it do a hugr pain in the head from one side and i am noticing that the hand and leg is hurting too much recently,can you tell me what might be exactly and is it dangreous?

You did not mention your leg before. Still let an orthopedic surgeon check you, maybe a neurologist too. Neck problems can indeed cause head ache! It is impossible, without any investigations at all, to tell you if this is dangerous or not. But it does not need to be!
