Question
I have mild hyperostosis frontalis along with a 18x15 posterior fossa meningioma.What is this,could this be cause of my headaches.Do they go together.Any treatments? thank you terrie

Answer
They do NOT go together. Yes your meningioma may cause your headaches.
The treatment of meningiomas is primarily surgical. But with this location surgery may be somewhat tricky. There is also a non surgical radiological treatment called the GammaKnife. If you have given me the size of your lesion in mm it is of ideal size for that treatment.
