Answer 1. The ordinary treatments for this are 1. Surgery, 2. Radiation therapy & 3. Chemotherapy. Usually in combination. How much of this that can be used in his case is however an open question. Only his drs. can answer that. 2. This tumor has a VERY BAD prognosis! NO ONE survives! Treatment can only temporarily reduce symptoms and extend survival time to some extent. Nothing more! 3. The patient will soon be unable to take care of himself so a lot of practical help is needed for feeding, hygiene etc. Otherwise nothing special. 3. Nothing special, only what it is possible to give him. 4. Not really, no one anywhere in the world can cure this. 5. No, unfortunately not.
