sir ,my brother in law, 58yrs,drift in coma. brain surgery..operated for right parietal lob SOL. on7th august..  next day brain haemorrhage. operated on 10august. right temporo parietal craniectomy..thin sub dural haematoma.  loculised pneumocranium.parenchymal haemorrhage/58x48 mm. intraventricular seepage of blood welldefined large hypodense area and basal gangalia.mild conression effect over brainstem..possibility ofoedema..MDCT SCAN SCREENING REPORT..anychance?any ramedy?

Answer
I'm sorry for his fate. However GBM tumors are at present incurable and ALWAY fatal. It would anyway kill him within one to two years often after a rather miserable process. This brain hemorrage seems very serious but may in this situation actually be a blessing in disguise since the death process for a GBM victim is rather nasty. So unfortunately in this situation I can not offer any hope. I'm sorry I have nothing better to tell you!
