Question
I have been 3.5 years out with my diagnosis. My last MRI showed no blood going to the tumor.I have had Double vision, right hand paralysis etc. Would this no blood thing be a good or bad thing? I have to have a MRI with perfusion next. Exactly what are they looking for?

Answer
Well so far it is at least not a bad thing. I suppose that you will have an MRI with contrast next time? Please do keep me posted with the result of that investigation. Then we will know more - i.e. if there really is no blood supply to it. What was the GRADE of your tumor? That information is probably in your pathology report.
