Hi there im having severe headaches since feb 09 had mri without contrast and a ct they both only showed a cyst in the sphenoid sinus which has been removed my symptoms are headache waking me up and first thing in morning, feeling sick, lack of appetite, severe dizzy spells to were i fall down vision go's funny when these turns occur can have up to 6 a day sometime tips of fingers go numb parts of my face also. slurred speech muddled words can remember things poor memory all meds given for migraine don't work even had lignocaine infusion once it waas stopped pain was back. could they have missed something i was a healthy 33 year old until feb this yr. doctors think im stressed but iam not only with knowing there is something wrong. also blood pressure low had lumber puncture as doc looked into back of my eye seen swelling or bulging but pressure came back fine. white blood count still up since feb 12.6. i dont drink or take drugs any ideas i need help.

If both CT & MRI scans have been negative it is very unlikely that your problems are caused by a brain tumour which is my area of expertise here. However it is obvious that you do have a problem. I strongly suggest that you let a neurologist(!) NOT a GP make a thorough examination of you! Without examinations you will not get any further. Please do keep me posted. Good luck!
