Question
I have had a vibrating shaking feeling in my head for more than a year it has been getting worse latly i had a mri and ct scan about a year ago and everything was ok what can this be oh i am now 27 weeks pregnant too can it be a pinch nerve.  doctors keep telling me it is nothing ive been treated for ear infections and anxiety but nothing worked

Sorry, I can not do diagnostics from afar without being able to examine. So I can only suggest that you get a second opinion from another local neurologist.
