Question
i woke up two days ago early in the morning wen i was trying to get back asleep i got a bad pain in the back of my head above my neck it lasted till i fell back to sleep  and wen i woke it was gone.then i woke again last night and it happened again.wen i woke today it was gone but i am awake a couple of hours now and i can kind of feeling the pain again.do you ave any idea what it might be any advice at all would be greatly appreciated tanks.

Without an examination it is impossible to tell you what it is. So I can only suggest that you let a doctor check you. Your symptoms are not typical of a brain tumor.
