But now She has some more inflammation with pain.Therefor we did MRI and yesterday I reviewed to neurosurgeon then he is telling nothing except re-operation. So please tell me what would happened be in her brain and is there anything life threat?

Answer
Her tumour may have come back. That would make more surgery necessary - if at all possible. This is a very serious situation and there is indeed unfortunately a threat to her life.
