Q1: how many stages of brain tumor?
Q2: what treatment is required to treat brain tumor?
1. Brain tumours normally do not have stages. In those few cases where stages do exist it is a stage 4 as soon as the tumour exists outside the central nervous system. What they all do have are GRADES, usually 1 to 4 (sometimes only to 3). The higher the grade the more malignant and the worse prognosis they are and have.
2. When possible, surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Stereotactic radiation therapy sometimes also is useful.
