Question
Hello Sir,

I've been having problems recently with short term memory loss, impaired judgement, personality changes I get angry or sad easily sometimes for no reason, throwing up in the morning for no reason, frequently urinating.  I'm 25 years old mixed race asian american.  Been having this problem for the past year I always thought it was stress in life but my friend said to check it out because my friend said they knew someone with similar problems and found they had a brain tumor but that person had headaches as well I don't get head aches just dizzy but that could be my heart disease I have as well.  I have wpws with my heart.   What do you think?

Thank you for your time.

Answer
Well, at least some of your symptoms could indicate a brain tumor but it is most uncertain. To be sure what this is let a doctor - best a neurologist - check you! If an MRI scan of your brain  with and without contrast can not show any tumor it is because there is no tumor. If so your symptoms must have other causes. Good luck!
