Question
Hello Doc! My question is I have had on and off Nausea foe 3 weeks now and Dizziness. Does this sound like a Symptom of a Brain Tumor?
I also had a Head CT Scan without contrast in January. Would that have shown any abnormality?

Answer
Not necessarily. Far too many other possible causes for such symptoms. If a CT scan (even without contrast) did not show anything a tumor is even less likely. A negative CT scan with contrast would make it even less probable and a negative MRI brain scan would more or less eliminate any possibility of it (if with contrast, any possibility would most likely BE eliminated). But such symptoms should be investigated so let a doctor check you!
