Brain Tumors/Wierd bumps on head!?

Question
Hello, Im 14 and im asking you to please take this seriously and tell what the problem is. My head for the past year has had wierd bumps all over it like large lumps covering portions of my head that feal like my skull, im not sure how to explain them. Ever since ive had them ive had these head aches where i can feel my blood pumping through my head and sometimes it will feel like alot of pressure on my head. I have these pressure sensations alot, and I also get bumps on my head where it feels like i hit my head on a bar because there sore spots on my head when i never hit it....theres one boney bump right above my right eye but where my hair is and im afraid these could be brain tumors or something. What could possibly be the problem, and do i need to get an mri? Thanks in advance - Adam

Whatever they are they are NOT brain tumors since those are only on the inside of the skull. It is not possible to tell you what these are apart from this without an examination.  So I strongly suggest that you let a doctor check you.
