Brain Tumors/Brain damage from radiation

Question
My mother was treated with surgery and radiation for a renal cell brain tumor in 2004, and scans have not shown a return of cancer to the brain. The machine she was treated with was accidently set wrong and she was given 50% more radiation than she was supposed to get. She is showing brain damage due to the radiation in brain scans.  Her personality has changed, she is often angry, she is very confused and cannot walk alone. She is very weak , her hands shake, and she sleeps most of the time. She needs 24 hour care. I can almost see a change in her condition daily.  The last 3-4 weeks she has gone downhill fast.  It is getting very difficult to care for her.  Can you tell me a little about what I can expect in the future?

Answer
Can you let me read her brain scan (CT?, MRI?, PET?) reports? I need to see them to answer your question. You can copy them here.
