Brain Tumors/Mass in the Brain

Question
My sister, who is 43 years old, had an MRI done and they found a mass in her brain.  The doctor told her that what she had was rare and then gave her antibotics for 30 days, which he said was protoccol.  After 30 days, then he said he would tell her what it was.  She was suffering headaches and vision that would go in and out.  Do you know what this could be?

Answer
This sounds rather strange! I need to be able to read her full MRI scan report in order to be able to give you a good answer. If possible to get it you can copy it here.
