Brain Tumors/Melanoma?

Question
So I am 22 years old and I had an MRI of my brain about a month ago. The results showed a "small spot of water on my left temporal lobe", which my Neurologist said is nothing. About two weeks ago I went back to my PCP and showed her a birthmark on left buttock that had grown in size ( a quarter to the size of a half dollar). Oh, I also forgot to mention that I had sever weight loss (135 lbs down to 114) in a matter of months, night sweats and my white blood cell count has been elevated both times they took my blood. Anyway, I was referred to a dermatologist the same week and they found 10 other moles that need to be  monitored, including one on my left temporal lobe. I guess I am wondering if I should have them remove the mole on my temple and have it biopsied to make sure it isn't causing the water on my temple?

Answer
I think that you should have at least the mole on your buttock that has grown removed and checked by a pathologist. At the same time you can have that on your temple removed though it is doubtful - at least - that it has anything to do with your MRI findings that most probably have nothing to do with any tumor. If that was the case it would have been seen. Good luck!
