Question
My husband was diagnosed with subject brain cancer in April this year 2010; @ that time we were told the cancer was not aggressive.  He had 1 round of Temodar; we had a car accident in June %26 the subsequent treatments were put on hold; lower dosage of Temodar along with radiation scheduled to begin this week.  Now however he has very low strength on his right side, can no longer write with his right hand, his balance in walking is way off causing him to fall last month %26 he often speaks unintelligently.  Can these recent symptoms be reversed with the scheduled chemo %26 radiation treatment?

Answer
That is not sure. If his condition has deteriorated so much as you describe in such a short time new brain CT & MRI scans are necessary to determine the present situation. First when that is known is it possible for us to discuss what to do about it. Please do keep me posted!
