Question
I have pressure in the back left side of my head. That had occurred on and off for about 5 years. A few days ago I went water skiing and and after I got up and went for a little while and thumping started in the back of my head,I could feel the pressure escalate in my head also I felt a burning sensation in my neck. The pressure in my head lasted for 2 days. I also get this same pressure happening when having an orgasm and for a little while after. I am 45 years old and have been a 2 pack a day smoker for about over 25 years. No other problems. I can do heavy hard work with no problems. I am an extremely heavy sweater when I exert myself. What could this be?

Answer
With this history (off and on for 5 years) it is very unlikely that this has anything to do with brain tumors. To know what it is you need an examination. So let a doctor check you for this! And STOP smoking! Good luck!
