Question
I have been having pressure in the back of my head for over 8 months now. I have had a ct scan with contract and nothing. It does not let up and now the pressure is increasing and the past week I have been having pain now and slight pain when pressed lightly on. I do not have insurance and go to a clinic where they have limits on what they can do I suppose. This is getting worse daily now and I am very concerned and do not really know what or how to explain it to the physicians assistant I see at the clinic. Please help me advise me on what to do and maybe what can be causing this issue. I am also getting shooting pain now as well.

If a brain CT scan with contrast has not shown anything your risk of a brain tumor is most probably very low (even if an MRI scan is better for this). But you are worried and have these symptoms. Insurance or no insurance my only possible advice is that you let a doctor - a neurologist - check you! Good luck!
