do the people of japan got brain tumor from 3 or 4 msv of radiation after 1 year or even after 20 years?

please can you answer my 2 questions please

Answer
Natal:
Radiation consists of waves of energy (X-ray) associated with electric and magnetic fields resulting from the acceleration of an electric charge.  It is not the same as a treatment like Chemotherapy which enters the blood stream and may impact multiple organs in the body simultaneously.
Still, ionizing radiation has been proven to be linked to some cancers (i.e. stomach, skin, thyroid, breast) but there are no conclusive studies that link it to brain cancer.  Furthermore, most studies did not indicate which factors were included in the increase of cancer risk along with radiation exposure.  That means factors like stress, diet, and others, were not considered when determining if radiation exposure alone was in fact the only contributor to increased cancer risk.
I hope this answers your question and if you have any others please don't hesitate to ask.

Experience

I am a two-time survivor of brain cancer. At ages 11 and 23 I was diagnosed with Low Grade Astrocytomas. This was the motivation I needed to devote my time and effort to studying and researching this disease to help others have the same success I did. Because the questions I have asked over the years, are questions you may ask also, and the credible answers I received are answers you may need as well. *note* I am not a Medical Doctor, Neurologist, or Neurosurgeon. I am a brain cancer advocate. I have done countless hours of independent research and kept myself up-to-date concerning the latest treatment methods, medications, treatment facilities, and consumer ratings of the professionals in the field, by continuously reading the most recent journals and publications by other brain cancer experts.
