QUESTION: hi doc, another question for you.
When would we expect to know if the chemo is working, he has only taken the first round. My sons tumor is in the parietal part of the brain and when could the first signs be expected if the chemo is not working, is there a site you could recommend to me to get more detailed information

Thanking you

Answer
That is too early. Some rounds will be necessary before any effect can be seen with certainty. After a few rounds a new MRI scan can show if there is any effect. If no effect symptoms may show up after a few months or even after some weeks. Sorry I know of no such site.
