Question
what is the life expectancy once one is diagnosed with this type tumor? Surgery was done and now chemo and radiation.
                                 thank you for your help

Answer
That depends on the GRADE of the tumor. The higher the grade the more malignant it is and the shorter is the life expectancy. You did not mention its grade but you wrote that it was anaplastic so I have to assume that it was a high grade tumor. In that case at best a couple of or a few years at most. Without knowing its exact grade I can not be more precise.
