Question
i was checked by ent for
Vertigo
Sudden dizziness typically provoked by head movement
the ent holds my head in a certain position and asks me to lie quickly backward over a table
then he told me it does wont to go away
i dont khnow go do an mri
i told him i had brain ct with and without contrast couple of months
he said sometimes small tumors can not find on brain ct with and without contrast
what do you say
thats start 2 month after i got the brain ct
its now 1 month since i have that vertigo
my family doctor told me dont listen to him
i khnow you its only anxeity
you brain ct with and without contrast would detect it
im young man

Answer
For a tumor to give symptoms it can not be VERY small. So it is most unlikely that a CT scan without & with contrast should have missed any symptom causing tumor if such a tumor existed even if MRI scans are better which in fact they are. So I think it is most unlikely that you have any brain tumor! Since you are asking me this over and over again I think it is quite evident that you have anxiety problems and that you should seek help from a psychiatrist! Such anxiety problems can also cause these symptoms! Mazel tov/good luck!
