Question
Hello Sir,

  It has been almost a month, I have developed a small swelling in lower back right side of head which sporadically hurts too. It's initial days I would describe as strange electric pain involving right ear and right side of head. Now for a few days I am experiencing twitching of my limbs ,fingers and muscles whenever I am about to sleep in night. This causes me to get pretty much insomniac. Please note that I had a bit disturbed sleep habit about one week before the onset of twitching symptom. The sporadic strange pain described above still is there now compounded with the jerking issue. I am seeing a cardiologist theses days as I feel very dizzy during daytime with palpitations. So regular episode of DIZZINESS is also there. Please make an assessment in the light of  brain tumor possibility.

It is very hard to try to diagnose brain tumors based on symptoms. In the end CT & MRI scans are needed for the diagnosis. Swellings on the head have nothing to do with brain tumours. They are all inside the skull. Let a doctor - preferably a neurologist - check these symptoms. Good luck!
