Sir,

I am suffering from following symptoms for the last two months. Symptoms such as muscle twitching all over my body, tingling and numbness in my arms and legs, sometimes itching in my legs, sudden shooting pains in my legs, head, shoulder, arms.I do have tingling sensation in my tongue. Now my mouth has bitter taste for the last two weeks, vomiting after i wakeup from bed. If i move the head while sleeping,I feel like vomiting and my stomach is also upset. I have ringing in ears. If I see some object moving very fast in TV, I feel like vomiting. I checked with a neurosurgeon, he physically examined my arms,legs, eyes and said nothing to worry. All are just because of anxiety and told me to do mild exercise. I started doing exercise but still the symptoms haven't disappear. Again I checked with the same nuerosurgeon and asked if I can do a Brain MRI. He told me that you dont have any problem with your brain. Its only because of anxiety. Can you please tell me what is this as I still have all these symptoms and I am much more concerned about this. Do I need to do scan a see what it is?

Well if you were my patient I would probably arrange an MRI scan - so at least I could assure you that there is no brain tumor there. But without any examination I can not tell you what this is. Let a neurologist check you. Hopefully that doctor will order an MRI brain scan. Good luck!
