Brain Tumors/I fall asleep when I tilt my head back

Question
I'm a 20 years old female,
Whenever I tilt my head backwards,I fall asleep, it feels like i loose my consciousness, lately I started to feel a tornado in the base of my skull whenever I lean my head on anything, be it a sofa, wall or even if a press on it with my palm.
the last two months, I started to open my eyes with great difficulty after I wake up from this strange sleep, and have eye tremors with headache that affects my ears for like an hour or more after I wake up.
I have sleep paralysis for almost 6 years now, but it wasn't very frequent until two months ago. and I've daily 7-8 hours of sleep. I've these symptoms regardless how many hours I slept, and it started affecting my study......I just can't stay awake enough to study.
If it might help, I'm 172 cm long and 85 kg weight

Answer
Without an examination it is impossible to help you unfortunately! So I must recommend you to let a doctor check you! Preferably a neurologist! Good luck!
