Question
Approx. last Aug or Sept husband was bent over a lawn mower, suddenly got dizzy and lightheaded. Sat down had projectile vomiting with sweating. Since then, it has progressed to passing out, seizures, continuous dizziness, Have had several CT's, MRI's of brain and neck,an MRA, CT of abd,pelvis, and chest. AN EEG 2x-Absolutely nothing is showing except some stenosis in the neck. Balance is off. Unable to tolerate noise-Head feels like something is sloshing in it or moving. Going to have a CT of the mastoid/and right ear and sinuses--any idea as to what is happening? On Depakote 1000mg a day-plus other meds. No improvement hardly at all
At present there are NO signs of any brain tumor at all! If there is nothing on CT AND MRI there can be NO brain tumor that can produce these symptoms. Agree that his hearing/balance should be investigated! Any tinnitus? Bad hearing? If he has it may be a Mb. Menière. If so you should discuss it with an ear-nose-&-throat surgeon. Good luck
