Dear sir, my wife aged 31yeas, has been getting head ache some times.It starts from left back of head and moves to the top, with a tingling sensation.It lasts for several hours.Sometimes, in addition, front side of neck also pains.She gets attacked by cold frequently, due to cold season and dust.So please suggest how to proceed.Thank you.

Without any examination it is impossible to get any further. So you should let a doctor - preferably a neurologist - check her. An MRI brain scan - without and with contrast - can verify or exclude any brain tumour. Good luck!
