Brain Tumors/MRI Results and weird pain and body symptoms?

Question
"I had my first numbness on September 2011 on the left side of my head.  The numbness spread to my left arm.  I also felt like I could not focus and not in touch with reality.  I got an MRI done with and with out contrast and the results were normal only showing acute to moderate sinus on the right side of my face.  However, I have been getting painful pressure on the left side of my head everyday since when I bend over or stand up.  In addition, the pain spreads to my neck, arms, hands, chest and feet.  Also, I have very itchy ear on the left side as well with a foul odor with discharge. At one point, I had a bad ear pain and my ear lymph node was swollen  I went to the ENT and he could not see anything and said I had nothing.  Well that was all in September. Since then, I have been having all the symptoms listed above and tingling on the left side of my head.  I am thinking of getting an MRI re-done by another place since I am worried.  Do you think the first MRI might have missed something? Maybe a tumor?

Answer
I think the risk that something - including a tumor - has been missed is VERY low! So from a medical point a new MRI scan is probably not necessary. But it may be necessary due to your worries. The cause of your symptoms is probably elsewhere. But without any kind of examination I can not get further.
