Question
please can you tell me the prognosis for a well differentiated R oligodendroglioma with unknown grade at present - only symptom one seizure - self resolving without rescue meds. Currently asymptomatic although on Steroids to reduce ICP. The immunohistochemycal stain showed positive parafin staining gfap with occassional KI67 positive cells?

Answer
Without knowing the grade it is difficult or rather impossible to give you an accurate evaluation. However that it is necessary with corticosteroids is certainly not a good sign. If it really is well differentiated it would however seem likely that its grade is low. No information of that at all?
