Question
Hello my friend of 55 years of age has been told he has a brain tumor and that the doctor didn't think he would live a year well the year is here and he is still here, but i see that he is slipping in his ways he never told nobody only me his family does not even know,he gets very tired, week and i guess when he does get pain he will go to bed and block out the world,i tell him to go to his doc for meds for pain, but he just wont do it...what should i do for him...and how long does he have left?

Answer
Unfortunately it is impossible to exactly predict survival times and without knowing MUCH MORE about his tumor (type, grade, size, exact location, treatments given, investigations done etc.) I can not evaluate his situation at all! It is the same with what you can do for him. However if you can provide me with the information I mentioned I can try to to give you a better evaluation!
