Question
How is a brain tumor Formed? What is the difference between a Brain Cist and a Tumor? I know someone with a Cist and he cannot die from it but he has to take precautions like staying away from flashing lights and has to wear a jacket alot, I heard that has something to do with it but I do not know. Thank you

Answer
A cyst is also a kind of tumour but a benign one, not a malignant one like cancer. A malignant brain tumour kills very often like many cancers. For more information look up "The Merck Manual on The Web". It is very good, it is free and any search engine will find it.
