I need to ask a question about bringing a Brazilian female back to visit North America.  What is the red tape involved and is it possible?  Are there other ways to bring one back without marriage?  How about an educational I-20 visa?  Are those any good?  Please help with visiting requirements.

I am not an expert on visa issues, but is usually very hard to get a permission to bring a girlfriend to US.

Usually you can come on a tourist, student, business or immigrant (with includes fiance) visas. Each visa type has specific requirements. Please check this site for more details:
