ANSWER: Jeet:
Have you ever MET this woman? If not, ever, I wouldnt recommend getting married.

Now to answer your questions.

1. You can come to Brazil on a tourist visa and get married, but you wont get a resident visa for months after. Just how long is anybody's guess. There is also a chance that you could be charged with visa fraud, but that is highly unlikely if you have never ever had visa problems in the past.  My current wife got married on a tourist visa to the US after being there for 6 months.

2. You will need your birth certificate and your Indian passport, and proof of income and residence (in India).

3. Anyone can get a tourist visa to Brazil. Not a problem.

4. Not good. Maybe 0.1% of the overall market. Unless youre an international CEO or working as a reporter or tech support for a foreign news agency, there is no job market for peopel who dont speak the language.

QUESTION: many thanks for you reply,

She is calling me saying that as soon I will marry her, I
will be a citizen of brazil as she as brazilian involved
with me.  I can extend my visitor visa after the marriage
up to permanent visa. She said I will get permanent visa
with in 6 months is it possible.

I am just worried about the visa fraud. As a human being i
am also thinking that i am going against law but this is
the best i can do to get married as i love her alot. I
cannot live without her.

For job I will learn portuguese then it will be easy for
me.

one more thing can i come back to india after marriage
submitting all my documents in brazil and can she call me
after the process doing marriage claim.

Answer
You wont be a CITIZEN of Brazil, but you can get a permanent visa and yes, about six months sounds like a good guess. Dont worry about visa fraud. If you have never had visa problems in the past, then you wont get hit with visa fraud. If youve been kicked out of o=ouuntries and paid fines for it, especially in Brazil, then you will be. Again, my wife married me in the US on a 6-month tourist visa.

After you marry, you have to go to the town hall registrationoffice, known as the "Cartorio" to register and legally recognize your marriage. From there, you will have to go to the Federal POlice with all of those Cartorio documents to show that you are legally married so you can start applying for a perm visa and an RNE card, Registro Nacional EStrangeiro.

Yes, once you learn Port., it will be easier. Or maybe you can find some INdian companies in Brazil and start hitting them up for job opportunities.

If you are legally married in Brazil, your marriage is only recognized in Brazil, which means you will have to go to the Indian govt and ask for her to have a permanent visa, too. Usually, govts wont give you such a thing unless you plan on moving to the country.  You will have to talk to the Indian embassy about that one.

Good luck.

Dont rush into things!!!
