Question
QUESTION: Hello Edison. Greetings from Los Angeles. I am a business professional from
L.A. and I am interested in opening a restaurant business in Sao Paulo. First
thing I need to do is to find a commercial realtor to help me find the location.
Any advice in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

ANSWER: Hello Jilbert,

Unfortunately, I personally don't know anybody in Sao Paulo. Check these web sites for commercial realtors and ads in Sao Paulo.

Portuguese:
http://www.spmais.com.br/anuncios.php?selcat=37&selcid=1&selant=25
http://www.imoveisvirtuais.com.br/lojasesalas.htm
http://imobiliario.slando.com.br/tags/Sala%20comercial_4174_1.html

English:

Good luck!

QUESTION: Hello again Edison. If you don't mind, I have another question. How can I post
an add or a notice on a university(like USPi) electronic bulletin board. I basically
wanna look for a university student (preferably business major)for hire to act as
translator/business aid for me and my business venture both now and also
when I come to S.P. Again, I am looking into opening a restaurant in S.P.

Answer
Jilbert,

I couldn't find any information about electronic bulletin board at the USP web site. You could try one of these sites (in Portuguese):

http://saopaulo.craigslist.org/ (free)
http://www.empregos.com.br/
http://www.catho.com.br/

You could write your ad in English.

Good luck!
