Other think I consider is to do an internship in some hospital, can you help me to contact any doctor that could help me?
Thank you very much.

Answer
Talk to Walkiria Senna Brown and tell her Ken Rapoza sent you. She works for an NGO in Salvador and has some health industry contacts, or can find you some. I cleared this through her. You can find her at:

(011)55-71-3332-8297.

She speaks English fluently. But the person who answers the phone might not so you will have to use your Spanish or just keep saying Walkiria senna Brown, por favor.

Her name is pronounced like this: Val-KI-dreah.

The R is a rolling r.  drrrr.  But if you cant do that, just pronounce it like an r. They should understand you.

I am a friend of her daughters from Antioch College. You can tell her that if for some reason her mind draws a blank. It shouldnt. I just spoke with her on Monday.
