A young colleage of mine is getting married and her parents have been denied visa to come to her big day. She has gotten the run around from most of the agencies that she has called. Can you direct me to someone who can help?

I am not an expert in visa issues and I assuming the her parents are coming from Brazil to US.

It is extremely hard to reverse denied visas. As last resource, I would try to contact your/her local US representative for help (ask for a letter to requesting review of the visa applications by the consulate in Brazil).
