QUESTION: Hi there - Thank you for taking my question!  I was wondering whether you had Rio hostel recommendations for a single traveler?  I'd like to meet other women visitors to tour with during my stay.

I am not very familiar with hostels in Rio. My recommendation is to find one close to a beach and most popular tourist attractions.

I am not an expert on tour lines in Rio and recommend asking the hostel staff for advice. I usually take the ones recommended by the hotel that I am staying (the hotel reputation is on the line).
