Question
What is a typical "nice" apartment like in Sao Paulo? How big? What appliances/features are in the kitchens? (dishwashers/microwaves/full-sized stoves and refrigerators)Do they have separate dining rooms or more casual living-dining combinations? Do they have central air? Are they carpeted or tiled or have hardwood floors? Are closets built in or do people use armoires? Do most have laundry equipment included or at least provide washer/dryer hookups? Do condominiums offer more of these amenities than apartment buildings? Thank you.
