Brazil - Authentic Brazilian Meal

Question Hi,
I'm planning a dinner for friends who've requested a traditional Brazilian menu. They are high-end, fancy, schmancy people, so I want to give them the best of the best. Can you recommend some dishes/drinks/desserts that might fit the bill. Another friend (who is a chef) will be cooking so we're not afraid to take on something hard to cook. Just want to make sure it's delicious and authentic.
THANKS!!
Answer Hello Melissa,
Brazil has a lot of great food. The most famous one is “feijoada”: black beans and pork stew. Other wonderful ones are: gaucho barbecue, shrimp stroganoff and fish stew with coconut ("moqueca").
