Answer
I would say yes if it is for an Indian company. No, if you plan on moving here yourself and looknig for a job. The salary range depends on experience and is probably between BRL3,500 monthly to BRL10,000 on the high end.

Do you have any leads? And why do you want to come here? There are not many Indian companies here, except for Tata. You should try to talk to them. Also, you would have to learn Portuguese. As your child is young, you dont have to put her in school so that wont be a problem. And after time, if you really want to stay here so far away from all your family and friends, then she will pick up the language over time and can go to a good private school here, for about BRL750 per month. The English only schools are super expensive, over BRL2,000 per month, easily.

Plus you will want to live in Sao Paulo or Rio. I would recommend Florianopolis, actually, as I think there are some good tech schools and therefore some tech start ups down there in the south.

Good luck. But start with an Indian company otherwise why would a Brazilian company hire an immigrant without a legal worknig permit? You have to get hired here first before you come here and that is going to depend on INdian cos here, or Brazilian cos there who want to send you to Brazil.
